The Appointments and Services modules are nice but very limited. Is there any chance that Zoho will make these more customizable or expand the fuctionality?
Appointments
- Allow "Appointment For" lookup to the Deals module.
- For us and I'm guessing others it would make sense if Appointments could be linked to a specific Deal.
- The ability to pull in specific Deal information into the appointment.
- Allow Customization of field names.
Services
- Remove requirement for "Duration" or at least give the option for it to be all day.
- Our Services do not have a set amount of time designated to them.
- Allow Services to be linked to the Products module.
