Zoho CRM + Cisco Communications Manager (PBX)
Is it possible to integrate Zoho with Cisco Communications Manager (PBX)? We would like to pass caller ID to Zoho to bring up the record when the phone rings.

We are happy to inform you that the Cisco integration with Zoho CRM is available upon request. You can request access to your Zoho CRM account by following the steps below.
Setup > Channels > Telephony > Telephony Marketplace > search for 'Cisco' > hit 'Request Access'.

Fetching leads from Zoho CRM into Zoho Creator, automatically
I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.
