Zoho CRM Email Parsers not working?
Hello,
We have an e-mail parser set up which has worked fine for the last months. This parser receives emails and creates a contact from each email. However and without making any changes it has stopped working as of around 12 hours ago. Set up another parser address, also not receiving anything. Emails sent to the parser are not even counted (whether as received nor as invalid). No contacts are being created.
And yes: emails are sent from whitelisted email addresses.
Does anyone else have this problem? Could Zoho team look into it?
