Zoho CRM integration by Account or Case, not just Lead or Contact
I know the CRM integration is in Beta, but it can only be associated with the contact.
We use the CRM Cases module rather than Zoho Desk as Desk only handles customer issues. It doesn't do a good job of handling corresponding vendor issues. The one feature Zoho CRM Cases really lacks is any kind of email integration.
It would be great if a folder within TeamInbox could be associated with a Zoho CRM Case. If we have a shared quality email, the email could be sorted or tagged to a specific case and be accessed from within the Zoho CRM
