Zoho crm mobile app records are not getting synched with web interface.

Zoho crm mobile app records are not getting synched with web interface. It got synched once but suddenly stopped getting synched now. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the application but the problem persists. Please help to resolve the issue.
