Zoho CRM MOBILE has never worked for us

Zoho CRM MOBILE has never worked for us

Hi, we reported this issue from our blackberry app, and never had it resolved.  so we cancelled that license.
Now today, I try to go here:  https://mobile.zoho.com/crm 
and get the error:
Unable to load Today's Tasks
Any mobile says unable to load data for any of our users.
Can you please look into this?
