Zoho CRM problem with all Contacts and setting a Contact view
Hi All,
I've run into a couple of problems with iPhones versus Android when it comes to syncing Contacts and setting Contact Views. Is anyone else having these problems?
First, Zoho's documentation is not clear to me:
- Initially when you sign in to Zoho CRM using your iPhone, 1000 records in the Contacts module and 200 records each in other modules will be downloaded.The latest modified records will be added i. e. based on the Modified Time.
- You can later download more records (200 per download) using the Download option available at the end of the list of records.
My question, "initially", does the mean at the very first login? After the first login and after pressing the Download option multiple times (we have 1900 contacts) for the additional contacts we have (1900) don't those stay stored locally on the iPhone?
Second question, we have a variety of different Views for our Contact module (technically we have renamed that module to be Volunteers) and I'd like users to have specific view always show up when they select the Contact module from their iPhone. It seems to default to All Contact upon subsequent sessions.
