Zoho CRM sync to Zoho Campaign problems
I added a new mailing list to Zoho Campaigns. I did it by syncing contacts from a contact view in Zoho CRM. I've had a few problems and questions:
1-I changed the name of one contact view in CRM and wasn't able to change it in the sync settings in Campaigns, so I had to delete the sync and make a new one. Is there a better way?
2-If I remove someone from a contact view that is sync'd with Campaigns, are they removed from that associated mailing list in Campaigns (if they no longer meet the criteria for the view in CRM)?
3-I made a new list in Campaigns but changed some parameters and added a few custom fields, so decided to delete or "clear" the contacts list in Campaigns so that when it sync'd the next day all 972 contacts in the view would be re-sync'd. Instead, after the new sync today, there are only 2 contacts on the list. How do I get them back on the list? Does deleting or clearing them from the list cause them not to be able to be added back?
4-Can I really not sync a list again until 24 hours later, if I make some changes in CRM?
