お世話になっております。Zoho DeskのWeb formについて質問させてください。
現在別のCRM/SFAツールを利用しており、そこのフォームに近い内容のものを作成したいと考えているのですが、

・フォーム送信後成功時のメッセージの表示時間が短いので可能でしたら変えたいのですが、可能ですか?
・Zoho CRMのWeb formとは異なり、フォームの公開についてはHTMLのみで埋め込みや、inflameは選択不可でしょうか?
リダイレクトURLの設定がをかけるも思ったような挙動が起こせず悩んているところです。
現在ご利用の方で、利用しやすいFormとして工夫された等もお聞かせいただけると幸いです。
