Dear Support,

On Zoho Desk the description of a ticket disappeared after merging two ticket. The one which was the slave one completely disappeared. The problem that in this description there was an image which i had only on Desk in that ticket. Could we restore the description or undo the merge and retrieve the description?

When I click on "Show Original" there is no change applied.
