Zoho Desk: Mobile Updates | Q1 2026

Hello everyone,

Greetings!

As we gear up for the end of Q1, we are excited to share a quick journey into all that released in the first quarter of 2026.  We have brought in a few enhancements in the mobile apps that improve overall user experience and efficiency of the support reps. 

Send mass WhatsApp messages from the ticket detail page (iOS and Android)

Agents can select a maximum of 50 tickets from the tickets module and send WhatsApp messages to the associated contacts in bulk. Performing this mass action across records will help agents complete their task in minutes that would otherwise take a considerable amount of time.


View the app in Arabic and Hebrew (iOS and Android)

Users can view the interface in Arabic and Hebrew which is aided by the RTL (right-to-left) function, thus aligning the app to the Arabic and Hebrew script. 

   

Sort and filter tickets (iOS)

Users can apply filters to find specific tickets using field-based criteria such as issue type or account name. They can also save these filters for quick access, rename and delete them as required. This reduces time spent setting up filters every time to look for specific tickets.  
They can also sort tickets and organize them either in ascending or descending order. They can also sort tickets based on their due date, created time, and the recent threads. 


                
These features are available for users across all DCs.
