I'm trying out workspaces in Zoho docs and also the sync application.

In the webinterface It's all good to have the "All Files" as an option but in the Synced folder I get all files in the "Root folder" (IE X:\user\xxx.xxx\Zoho Docs\) and also the Worksapces folder and under that the files is in the right places.

I don't want to have all files once again under the root folder, can I change that?
