Zoho Developer "Custom Solution" Question

I've made a few basic applications within Zoho Creator for my company's own internal usage. I want to recreate one of these applications within Zoho Developer as a Custom Solution, so that I can sell it to other companies.

I'm not quite grasping the Pricing Plan and how it works. I want to sell the Custom Solution without forcing the customer to have to signup for Zoho Creator first. So with "Pricing Plan" does it mean that the "Zoho Fee" is built into any charges I run through the application? They wouldn't need to purchase Zoho Creator on their own? That would be ideal.

Example:

I charge a customer $10 per month to use my custom solution (published application at this point). Does this mean whichever plan below they have, it will automatically come out of that $10 per month charge? Also, how do I determine which plan is necessary?
