Zoho Docs reporting "Something went wrong and we're unable to generate a preview."

Since 2012. I've been using Zoho Docs to edit this spreadsheet and had no problem until couple of days ago. I can't open the document because I constantly get an error "Something went wrong and we're unable to generate a preview.".



I've tried to press the download button but I've only got the message "Preparing to download..." which disappears after few seconds without initiating the download.

Then I've tried to press "Open with Zoho sheet" and after pressing "Continue" button, again nothing happen.



How can I access my spreadsheet?
