I very recently started using Zoho Docs as a means of sharing files between my two computers.

All was well at first, but after I added some more files yesterday I noticed Zoho Docs Sync showed that I had used 4.8 GB of my 5 GB quota.

Not wanting to be that close to the limit I had a little shuffle around of files today, removing some of the bigger files and replacing them with smaller ones.

Now it says I have reached my quota and it can not sync 9 files.

But my files in Zoho Docs only add up to approximately 390 MB. 

Have I missed a bit in the small print that says it's a quota of 5 GB a month, or something like that?

Please advise before I abandon the idea of using Zoho Docs altogether.
