I find myself so close to being able to produce some really great automations, however i find myself falling short constantly due to limitations on the zoho crm and zoho flow integration. Maybe i am just missing something. Below is the scenerio as well as a screenshot of my flow. 

Lead comes into the system, assigned to 1 of 7 sales reps. After a delay of about 15 minutes I need to send an email ( using a template ) to the contact. So far I have this working very well. The issue is as follows. 

I am the admin of the orgainzation, i manage everything for the sales reps, so zoho flow has no way of getting lead ( or record ) owner into zoho flow? Fetch lead does not get the lead owner. Without the lead owner and that variable the "Send From" Field in send email template cant be filled in, it will then always be static. This email would have to be a general mailbox. This is problematic for varius reasons. All i need to be able to do is get the user name or email of the lead owners. I must be missing something! 

Once i get this step down, I will have so many more possible automations i can make using zoho flow, sign, and crm. Not being able to get the user or record onwer is a real prboolem
