Zoho Flow, Projects, Campaign

Hello,

I've talked to numerous customer service representatives and nobody has been able to help me solve this issue.

I'm looking to configure flow so that when I update a status of a task in a Zoho Project to 'Feedback', an email notification will be triggered to the Project Manager. Once the project manager has reviewed the work, they would change the task status from 'Feedback' to 'Closed', and this status update will trigger a Zoho Campaign to a client.

I need this same process to be achieved for multiple tasks within a project. For example, once 'phase 1' of a project is complete and the process explained above has taken place, I need the same process to occur when 'phase 2' has been completed. These status changes will occur at different times over the span of one to two months.

Please help.
