Zoho Flow Support not responding
Is anyone else having difficulty getting a response from support?
I put in an urgent, business critical request on Thursday and heard nothing back. The auto-response email says 24 hours and thats for standard, this request was specifically marked emergency.
I'm deeply concerned there has been a change of standards. I was very impressed with Zoho Flow support when I started using it. Their responsiveness and personal touch lead me to consider other Zoho products that I had been reluctant to try. Is this a blip, short staffed, or is this the new way forward.
Interested to hear other people's experiences to help inform my IT strategy.
