Zoho Flow / Zoho Books Bug
There is a bug in Zofo Flow -> Zoho Books -> Create Invoice (Action)
When creating a new invoice in Zoho Books, it requests to "Choose Item ID" for the line item. Naturally, this will be populated dynamically, so you must select "Choose Custom ID".
In normal practice, the item ID is known as the SKU. However, in the error message, Zoho Flow is anticipating the "Product ID" which is the item ID in Zoho Books.
This creates a problem.
If Zoho Flow is triggered from, for example, Shopify, there is no way (that I can find) to push Zoho's inventory ID from Shopify.
That all being said, in Zapier the integration works as expected. The "Item ID" for ZB is input as the SKU from Shopify.
If anyone has a workaround in Zoho Flow, I'd really appreciate it!!
I would use Zapier, however, there is no ability to select "items_inclusive_tax" and flag that as "true". Therefore Zapier causes GST calculation errors for Australian users.
