Zoho forms portal

HI we need to have some forms held behind a portal login area so client can log in update the forms and save when needed . Zoho forms currently does have a very simple save function which to be honest is not good so right now its not suitable for anything like this especially for non zoho customers e.g the end users.

I know you can create this via zoho creator portal but the form building is much harder to do often with coding neded and even if we pay a developer to build it for us the price plans for additional users for the portals is very expensive and impractical.

I really think zoho does not quite understands that clients (end users) are different to end users hence charging so much will simply put everyone off using zoho products long term as they look to build other bespoke PHP or wordpress solutions . This is the problem they we currently have. We like zoho forms how it works but it is becoming limited and outdated.

Will zoho come up with a cost effect and simple way of doing a portal. If so when or do you know anyther way we can do the above?

If anyone else has a way of doing this doing please let me know.
