Zoho forms to bigins

Hi,

I'm attempting to use my zoho Bigins account to integrate zoho form. When a form is submitted, I'd like a PDF to be saved in a certain contacts file. I've tried several methods, but it always creates a new record in my bigins rather than adding to an existing contact.

For instance, suppose the form is to be utilised by field engineers to conduct a service inspection; after completed, a pdf is published to that client's contact file on bigins.
