1. Spotlight

In the spotlight for March, we want to help you understand more about managing your inbound shipments to Amazon warehouses using the inbound shipment feature in Zoho Inventory. It allows you to connect your Zoho Inventory account and your warehouses with your Amazon FBA inventory and its valuation—all inside the app. Account for your inventory and sales from a single location.

2. Product updates

Zoho Inventory now helps you establish a better customer experience by making use of the customer portal feature. The built-in Zoho Sales IQ integration within the client portal also allows your customers to keep in touch with you from the client portal on the go.
You can now manage to scan your barcodes from different fields in your items module, like EAN/ISBN/SKU/UPC, while creating a sales transaction in Zoho Inventory.
The Amazon integration for Zoho Inventory US and Canada editions now allows you to manage selling in multiple countries from a single organization.
