Zoho Learn supports import / export | When will Zoho Survey catch up?

Zoho Survey has been a roadblock to getting my team fully integrated into the Zoho One ecosystem. Unlike other Zoho apps, Zoho Survey is Desktop-only for editing, impossible to automate (drag/drop reliant) and lacks basic import functionality for Survey creation. Meanwhile, other Zoho products such as Zoho Learn already support survey/test creation via upload. This is basic functionality that even free alternatives offer (i.e. Google).

When will Zoho Survey catch up and support basic import / export options for creating Surveys? Is Zoho Learn the best Zoho has for "surveys"? Would it be possible to make the API public for basic CRUD options for paid users?
