Zoho LiveDesk IE Issue

I am developing chat function using zoho livedesk. But it isn't working properly in IE (mine is IE8). What I did was just simply copy the generated code to a html page and open it in firefox, chrome and IE, it works properly in other two browsers but not in IE.

Currently what's happening is when page loads it isn't display the chat button when refresh the page result is same, but when I press enter button on url it appears the chat button when refresh again it disappears. It's kind of stupid but please If any one know how to fix this please provide an answer it'll be a great help.
