Zoho Marketing Automation - Automatically adding contacts to Topics
Hello everyone,
We are starting to play with Marketing Automation and we made some topics base on product. This is working fine we got the sync with the CRM working.
When you make the sync you can select a topic so we made a catch all.
now we have the segment created with the proper criteria but we would like to assign topics as well to contacts. I know I can add them manually but this is cumbersome.
I know I just make a segment and after that take all the contacts in the segment and assign them to a topics.
But this mean that before doing any campaigns we would need to do this task and well it prone to errors.
So any way to make a deluge script or something to automate the adding of contacts to topics base on fields?
As I don't see any automation section in the settings.
Also we are using the newui.
