Zoho Mobile App

Does the all the information from the mobile app automatically populate from the desktop version to the mobile app?  An  employee tried it today and it didn't populate from the desktop to the mobile app.  However, when he imputed the information on the mobile app, it populated in the desktop version.  Any advice?  Thanks.
