Zoho One Webinar- No email after registration and no participants visible after registration

Zoho One Webinar- No email after registration and no participants visible after registration

Hi, I created my first webinar in Zoho One. 
This leads me to a registration page. When I insert my emal adress and contact details, a new site opens up, that says that I registered successfull. 

Problems: 

1. I dont receive a confirmation email with the link to the webinar 
2. I dont appear as a participant in the webinar

How can I solve this ?
