We are trying to set up our performance management appraisal cycle for two countries. Both countries have different appraisal cycles.
- Country 1: Set appraisal cycle (Apr - Mar) with reviews are done quarterly.
- Country 2: Appraisal cycles are based on the employee start month and reviews are only done half-yearly.
Is there way to set up different appraisal cycles / goal setting periods / continuous review cycles to cover both countries?
