Zoho Projects Task Work Time to Actual Time

Hello All -

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way in Zoho Projects to achieve the following result...

If a task has work hours of .5, and the user did not start the timer or log any hours, is there a way to populate the actual time automatically to match the work hours?

However, if the user DID log their time, to use the time that was logged instead. This way if the user forgets to log their time, the work hours will populate the actual time, but if they do log the time than the actual time is recorded.
