Zoho Sales IQ chat is not working

Hello!

I'm trying to use the zoho sales IQ chat widget inside my web but is not working.

I got the code from:
Sales IQ -> Settings -> Websites -> My site -> Live Chat Widget -> Copy the Live Chat code

My website (konsilo.com.br) is Wordpress with Zoho SalesIQ plugin.

What could be missing?
