Zoho Sales IQ chat not Working

Hello !

I created a Zoho account for a client to use the zoho sales IQ chat widget inside their web.

Yesterday the chat button and the chat window worked perfectly, but today it doesnt display into the web.

Its a zoho problem? I got the code from:

Sales IQ -> Settings -> Websites -> My site -> Live Chat Widget -> Copy the LIve Chat code

What i'm missing?
