Zoho SalesIQ mobile app notification on incoming chat

Hello.
first of all i want to thank zoho for your products they help my buisness a great margin.

i recently decided to integrate the zoho SalesIQ aplication with my website and have linked zoho desk to it so that i will have livechat on my website.

Then i have downloaded the zoho SalesIQ app to my mobile (meizu note 3) and logged in to it.

The issue is that when a client try to contact me via live chat i get no alert on my mobile phone and there is no notification.

In the app settings i have set nottifications on (play sound, vibrate, show pop-up) , but that did nothing..
Please help me solve this problem.
