Zoho SalesIQ quick help - Getting a message "choose department" even though i never set this up

Hi there
We started to use the ZOHO SalesIQ feature, and have an issue:

I want that the bot will work like this:
User clicks on the chat icon - he should get 





But instead - whenever a user sends a message to the bot he gets the "choose department" message - I don't know how to remove it and why the SalesIQ added this message in the first place. how can i remove this message and the option to choose a department? i never set this us (as you can see in the bot images)


also - I set that whenever the user clicks on the icon of the chat - he will get the message - but it's not working (only after i wrote "hi")


What i am doing wrong and how to fix it?
