Zoho SDK submit ticket form cannot show

Zoho SDK submit ticket form cannot show

And choose ticket_field_configuration_sample to open submit ticker screen.
(I have already changed app id and org id to correct)
But When I open submit ticket form it show loading forever. And I cannot show submit form for user input.
Can you help to check

Note: I open VPN then issue occurs
