Zia, will be your new personal data analyst. She'll help you visualize your data by summarizing rows and rows of information into a few contextual charts and pivot tables. With Zoho Sheet's mobile application, you can ask these questions via voice! Zia will answer your questions with charts, pivot tables, or formulas that you can drag and drop into your spreadsheet.

 Clean data in just a few clicks 

Zoho Sheet's all new data cleaning tool helps you eliminate anomalies like duplicate data, typos, and inconsistent capitalization. You can also use the tool to fill in missing values in your data with custom values, or by using data that's already in the sheet. Cleaner data means cleaner analysis.

 More ways to visualize data 

Zoho Sheet now supports Sparklines, in-cell charts that can represent the data right alongside the numbers. We've also introduced three new chart types: Paretto, Histogram and Wordcloud. Now, Zoho Sheet's chart palette is 30+ types strong!

 Connect Zoho Sheet to 1000s of web based applications 

Zoho Sheet is now integrated with Zapier and Zoho Flow. This means you can connect Zoho Sheet to thousands of other web based applications and create smoother workflows that offer multi-fold increases in productivity.


 





 What else is new? 

 

  1. Select multiple, non-adjacent ranges and cells by holding down the command/control key.

  2. A few changes have been made to the default font size and cell size. Tahoma has been made the default font for spreadsheets created from now on.

  3. Hide rows, hide columns and hide sheets, three of the most frequently requested features.

  4. Classic, Comfort and Cozy view ports for better readability.

  5. Import data directly into Zoho Sheet from Box, Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive.
