Zoho Sprints - Your team is all set to sprint ahead

Hello there,

It's been a week since we launched the Zoho's only agile project management tool - Zoho Sprints. I guess you guys are loving it! Bringing agility to your team has never been this easy because you will be able to inspect, iterate, and adapt. You have a requirement; break it down into smaller units; get the work done in parallel; receive the deliverables in shorter phases called sprints.

The best part of Agile is you get a chance to quickly respond to change and not stick to a fixed plan. The best products are delivered by teams that constantly strive to re-evaluate their scope and shift accordingly. The strength of an agile team is that it focusses more on results and deliverables rather than a streamlined process. 

Agile as a concept seems to be tricky and applicable only for software industries. Let's break the myth - Agile is also for non-IT firms that are looking for a way to get their team agile. Any industry that is looking out for a cool workspace following the agile methodology would be the right choice. 

Oh, wait! I guess some are new to agile. For those who are interested to know how an agile team works, here's an interesting youtube video on the agile concept.
