Zoho Survey to multiple modules in CRM

We are using a very comprehensive survey in Zoho Survey with approx 250 questions. The results of these questions have to be send to multiple modules in Zoho CRM. I know it's possible to only choose one module within the integration-options. As an alternative we are sending the results to Google Spreadsheet and from there one we are importing them into different modules in the CRM. But the problem is that this connection isn't stable, resulting in export/import incomplete forms. These forms are actually completed within Survey, but occurring problems.

I am looking for a better solution? Help is appreciated. The ideal solution in my opinion would be setting up a customer portal and connecting it through an API with CRM. Please give some suggestions..
