Zoho Vault iOS App (v3.4) - Login Issues and Fix

Hi,

We recently rolled out an update to our iOS app (v3.4) on April 13, 2018 and few of our customers are reporting that they are not able to log in from the app and the app crashes after the update. Our team is currently working on investigating the issue. If you are also facing the same issue, we would like you to follow the below steps:
  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  2. If the Zoho account sign-in doesn't work, kindly reset your password.
  3. Try logging in to your Zoho Vault account with the new password and passphrase.

Update: This issue affected only the Personal Edition / Free Forever users. We have identified the root-cause and have released a fix for this issue in our recent update v3.4.1. We recommend our users to move to the latest version of the app and let us know the feedback.
