After testing Zoho Voice and the ZDialer Android app, I’m surprised by how outdated and clunky the mobile experience still is in 2025. As a US-based user with two-way SMS working, I won’t complain about that—but other parts of the app are frankly embarrassing given Zoho’s scale and polish elsewhere.

• The UI looks years out of date.

• Notifications on Android aren't reliable despite all system and app settings being correctly configured.

• Features that feel like table stakes in modern business phone apps are either hidden or missing entirely.

• Still no two-way SMS for global numbers, which Zoho openly acknowledges.

I came in hoping to leave RingCentral behind and unify more tools under the Zoho suite, but the mobile side of Voice is making that hard to justify. It feels like a neglected product in need of urgent UI/UX modernization and better reliability.

Zoho, the potential here is huge. Please give this product the attention it deserves. Your users notice when some tools get left behind.
