Zoho Widget - Doesn't work when the app is published

Hi Team,

We have used widget in our app. When tested on the sandbox mode. The widget worked and UI was displayed. After publishing the app and testing it on other CRM. The widget didnt not popup. Please can you assist to resolve this issue.
