ZohoCRM not displaying "Visit Summary" information

Hello,

I've been trying to resolve this issue for days now and nothing seems to be working properly. I have Zoho CRM+ and Zoho SalesIQ integrated, but it does not seem to be working. In all the examples i have seen online, once the 2 are integrated together the SalesIQ information should be possible to see in the Zoho CRM.

When someone submits a form on my website, the information such as most recent visit, referrer, visitor score, etc. should be visible in my Zoho CRM but it does not transfer over. How am i supposed to get this information to populate?

I am not sure if any more information is needed, but just in case i have a wordpress website, and i am using NinjaForms for my forms. All of which are integrated with both the Zoho CRM and Zoho SalesIQ.

Please advise, i need access to this information.
