Hi,

I'd like to run the Journey every time a customer input their mail address in the Form.

I am using the [form submission trigger] and Zoho sends the mail to the customer at the first time.

However, if the mail address is already in the Journey, the Journey doesn't work again.

Is there any method to run the Journey even though the email address already passed the journey?
