Login problems cant use existing details such as passwords email adress etc

Query about chain campaigns
I created an email campaign and sent it to a mailing list. After that I created a chain campaign of this email campaign and sent it. The chain campaign is sent to lesser number of recipients than the root campaign. All the contacts are still present in the mailing list. What is the reason that chain campaign is not sent to all users.
Autoresponder query.
So I have already taken $5 monthly subscription. Here are the consolidated questions I just created a test campaign. I created a new autoresponder. I created a new custom field pickedDate. I added the following rule Based On:PickedDate Send: After 0 Days 00:00 GMT Type: One-Off I then went and added contact and set the pickedDate to today's date. I was expecting the mail to go immediately but the mails has not yet arrived. What am I doing wrong. Basically I am trying to do what should happen
Import HTML templates
In the library area it looks like you can only create HTML templates. We already have a carefully tested template we use elsewhere (mailchimp). Is it possible to import an HTML template into the library? Thanks, Raoul
Not able to sign-up for Zoho Campaign
Trying to sign-up for Zoho Campaign, Getting an error message which says - "Email address already registered" ....Have tried with my existing Zohomail mail id and also using my Gmail mail id. Same error. Will be great if we have seamless signup using my existing Zoho credentials. Let me know how to resolve the signup issue. Thanks and regards, Siva
Email Campaign according to a calendar
My use case is when a person signs up for my services then I would like to send emails at a particular frequency. A email after a day of signup and then email after two days and so on. Is this possible. Vishal Singh
