Hi, When you add user to an application inside Zoho Creator, the system generate an account name for it. We don't have the ability to change this name. According to Zoho creator Support (Case:11523656) : "The values displayed under 'Name' column of 'Users & permissions' section, is actually the respective account's username and not the actual name specified on the account.
