Report showing Leads/Accounts with no future events
Hi I have been able to create a report for Events Planned for the Future. The filters in Leads and Contacts allow me to look at records with no open Activity - is there a way to do this as a report? Ive tried a number of ways, I just can't seem to get it to work. On that point, it would be great to convert filtered views straight into a report Thanks

Multiple Emails per Lead and Contact Please (for Gmail integration)
Would be very helpful to have multiple emails per lead and contact built into the system. Our situation is that we are using the Gmail integration to be able to see emails within the Zoho record between our sales reps and leads and contacts. Unfortunately, our leads and contacts often have more than one email address and so only the communications that were exchanged between the main email listed in the record, flow into the Emails area. Change to Terminology
Hi We have noticed today that the terminology for "Events" is now being changed to "Meetings" Is this going to affect any reports that filter by Event Type " Events " because that will be super frustrating if it does. Or is the wording just being replaced in the background for all areas of the CRM? I can see it has already changed in the mobile app version Are there any other changes? Thanks

Using workflows to update multiple associated records

Right now, the barcodes are logged in a custom module that uses lookup fields to associate the client and the deal record (that we call jobs) to the barcode module. Matching Leads to Product when importing
I'm trying to set up my insurance agency, and have added the products that we typically sell to Zoho. I have a flat file of 2000+ customers that I want to import, but cannot figure out how to match them to the products I have set up. Product information is in the flat file as insurance company+product name. I have added a Multi-Select Lookup to my leads, which works fine when adding new customers, but the Multi-Select Lookup field does not appear when I try to map the field during the lead import.
Custom Views in Zoho CRM iPhone App?
Is there a way to create custom views in the Zoho CRM iPhone app, or either to access views I have created in the web interface? Condense all account notes in a report?
Hi Folks, I am running reports for accounts and when there is multiple notes, the report creates a new line for each note under the same account name. If I have XYZ account with 7 notes, then I get 7 rows named XYZ. I'd really just like to condense all the notes under the same account into a single row. Is there a way to do so? I know I can just have a single note under account and keep adding to it, but that defeats the purpose of new notes with date stamps. Thank you, Derek

Hi guys, I'm getting started here and have set up a web capture form on my site. It's identically to the one I used to have except that it's a zoho form now. Hi there, I'm stuck with what I thought was a very simple task. I've a string field (Field1) which is populated with a product code by an API. In the same form I've a lookup to an Inventory form, where I've a list of products, with code, name, pic, exc. Hi, I try to have consistent information structure between Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Vendors. However I see some odd things which aren't helping. May be you could help me with Vendors and Accounts. So, there is an email field in Vendors, but not in Accounts? There is Company Site (I don't know exactly what is it for), but no "Vendors Company Site". I'm not talking about websites... CRM estimates not showing option for retainer fee
I have enabled Zoho financial in the CRM so I am able to make estimates directly from my Accounts under the heading Zoho Financial. zoho crm with module finance integrated But when I create an estimate I need it with the option to add the retainer fee which is present in Zoho Books estimates. Zoho books option create a retainer invoice to this estimate automatically Where is the option to create an estimate within CRM and add the retainer fee option without having to transfer back to Zoho Books?

Hi, if I use the getrecords API V2 I can get and info map in the response, but if I use it inside a deluge script I just get the data, not the info even though the reference seems to suggest so: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#record-api If I do resp = zoho.crm.getRecords("Leads",5,2,{"converted":"false"}); I'm supposed to get also this: "info": ▼{ "per_page": 200, "count": 200, "page": 1, "more_records": true } but it is not true! Why does my Chart not export in reporting?
When I am using the reporting tools, my charts do not export. I'd much rather display this information to my sales teams in an easy to read format and prefer the charts over the listed information. Hello, I created some dashboards about our leads in the leads dashboards. Statistics are grouped per lead owner. When my colleague checks the dashboards he sees the charts but only with his own statistics, not of the other users. How is it possible that everybody sees all the statistics in the dashboards? Lead creation from existing contacts or accounts
I know that it's not possible to convert a contact back to a lead. What about creating a new lead using existing contact or account details? We would like to create a system in Zoho CRM for following up past clients to see if they require our services again. Currently I am manually creating a new lead for each client, which is time consuming. Is it possible, with a workaround or script or something, to automate creation of new leads from existing contact details?
