Keep on losing connection when adding new tasks
Hi, I keep on losing my connection with Zoho projects as add new items to my new project. I don't if it is at my end or your but it is very frustrating? I'm new to projects and it looks great but I can't use it. I get the following error message. Project thinks it's yesterday
I have project in the system with a due date of yesterday. When I look at the dashboard, it shows it's delayed. When I click on the project, overdue milestones is showing up in red, but nothing ever loads. If I click on the Upcoming milestones, the items are in there, with a due date of "today" which was actually yesterday's date - basically what I'm saying is today is Dec. 20, and Projects thinks it's the 19th. Is this a known bug or is it a problem on my end? willoneal

I wanted to say that I have been looking for a Project Management System for over two months and had yet to find one with a clean graphic interface and the flexibility to operate to our needs. Great work and keep it up. That aside, I have a few questions: 1) Can you give a user some sort of privledges/status that only lets them VIEW the project and not make any changes to it? 2) Is ther someplace where a manager can see ALL the documents that have been uploaded to the company across all projects?
Password resets do not work in Zoho Projects
I have a user who says that when she tries to reset her password (she forgot her original password), she gets an error that says "User email does not exist," which is not true, it does exist; I can see it in my view. Any help? troynelson
Truncated names
Is there a way to have full titles and file names displayed? My project list has plenty of room for my project titles, but seems to have the need to drop off the last few letters and add "..." to them. My file names easily fit in the column reserved for them under documents, but they too are strangely truncated. What gives? john_mcgill
Project List Enhancement request
It would be nice to have sub-menus on the projects list on the left that I could expand to show Dashboard, Tasks & Milestones, Calendar etc. under the project name, so as to eliminate the step of first clicking on the project and getting the project dashboard, then having to click on the tasks & Milestone tab. acharvet@cox.net

Mail from ZOHO being blocked -URGENT
Composite Blocking List has recently added Zoho as a "spammer", and iron port (my spam blocker) subscribes to that provider, and as such is blocking zoho mail from getting through. ZOHIO needs to contact CBL and have themselves removed from the list ASAP jed
Forum Post Notification does not work
Hi there, we are using the forum in our project a lot. Since a few weeks the notification to email does not work although the members of the project are listed below the post in the "Notify This Post To" window. This if course is very inconvenient we always have to browse through all the posts to see who has posted what. Can you please tell me if I can fix that in the settings or if this is a general bug. Would be useful to view tasks for all users
Will it be possible at any point to view the actions of all users on the "my home" page? For example I would find it very helpful to be able to see all the actions for all users due today on one particular project. I think that this would only require adding an all users option to the the by users list, which I hope is not too complicated. john

Suggestion - allow attach files to note in Task
right now, users can only add comments to a task. But many time, there are reference files need to be attached. So, allow attaching files in note for Task and Task List, and milestone is important. Even better, the attached files to note would show up in "Document" section. Therefore, when Task List and Task are created, there are correcponding folders being created in "document" to store attached file in note for tasks. rogerluo
Suggestion on dynamically link Tasks and Task Lists
Right now, when one task is delayed and user update the dates, other tasks or task lists are not updated. Suggest to dynamically link tasks and task lists together. For example, the allow to enter a static starting date, or to uplink to a previous task's ending (or starting) date. By doing this, an update in one task will update entire project. rogerluo
Task Duration's on Gantt 1 day off
I set some tasks as 3 day durationtasks, and on the Gantt, they only show up spanning 2 days. If I put a 1 day duration task it shows up as a little tiny slice on one particular day when really the person has the whole day to complete it, so it should span 1 full day on the Gantt. zohoprojects

Project Default window - suggestion
When I click a task, the default view is the "Dashboard". I think bring the "Repost-Task List View" to Dashboard is a very good iteam, or simply use "Report" as the default windown: top display Task List View and bottom list Gantt Chart. Also suggest in "Task and Milestone", at the side of each Task List or Task, display a bar to indicate the percentage of the completeness. Suggesting--Add "Activity" for Tasks and/or Milestones
Suggest, for each milestone or task, to have a "Activity" button. Once user clicks "Activity" button, a drop down list show up: meeting, call, document, and other user defined items. If user chooses "meeting", then a meeting schedule dialogue page shows up. After enter the meeting, meeting will show up in calendar and under the milestone or task when the "Activity" button is clicked. Report functionality
Hi- It would be most helpful if you could update the Reports functionality so that it indicates (in both the text and GANTT visual versions) which Task List each individual task is associated with. Currently, the tasks are viewed/listed by person and open/closed status, which is not very helpful from an organizational standpoint. Thanks and keep up the good work. mjstanl

I can't seem to get my 'To do" lists etc. to showup in "My work calendar." The "Milestones" are all there, but no tasks. even meetings seem to work... what am i doing wrong? charkey
icons associated with each item
ie. tasks... it is confusing and irritating to see a whirlwind of icons flash across the screen as I move my mouse around the project page. there is no need for this - put in some kind of delay via javascript that will not show the icons until I hover over an item for a short period of time... tcodex
A few basic things to make Zoho Projects better
1. When I tried to upload a revision to a PDF file it repeatedly didn't work. The file name was different, could that have been it? Outbound email and other Internet activities were working at that time so it wasn't my connection. Indeed, other aspects of Zoho projects continued to work. 2. It would be great if links added in places like notes opened in a different browser tab. Easy fix, big improvement. 3.
