Timesheet view shows you the summarized cost for the user. But be aware, that the number may be incorrect. How are Milestones sorted on the Milestone Gantt Report? I can find no method for establishing a sort order. I thought perhaps sorting the Milestones on the Milestone List page would force the Gantt chart to sort the same..its seems to have some effect, but does not exactly match the Milestone List. The Gantt is a very usefull tool and there are many companies that have now only gantt oriented task managments software. The Zoho Projects is of course something else and extremely powerfull. Tip 37: Time Log Restriction in Zoho Projects
Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
