- Unable to delete user after acquiring secrets- After acquiring the secrets from a user I am unable to delete them. They were an Admin, but I just set them back to a normal User and am still unable to delete their account. How can this user be deleted?
- Gmail Login on iPhone (iOS)- I suggested to a freind that he use Zoho Vault for his passwords, but when trying to use the iPhone app, he only sees the option of "Gapps" login (as well as Zoho login). He doesnt see the full list - Gmail, twitter, Linkedin, facebook. Is this a problem with the iOS app? He wants to login with his google accounts (Gmail) but cant from the iPhone Thanks
- Password length?- In a secret, what is the limit on password length?
- Chambers vs Groups- Can you please tell what the difference is between Chambers and Groups? Aren't they redundant?
- Android App- Hi,  Are there any plans for an Android app for Zoho Vault? /Bo Thygesen
- Safari Plugin- Are there plans to make a browser plugin available for Safari? It is the browser we use here daily and we would love to have the functions of the plugin instead of the much more basic bookmarklet.
- Adding new secret directly to a chamber?- When adding a new secret it would be very useful to have an option to choose the chamber it goes in. But currently we can't do this and you have to separately then assign the secret to a chamber. Can there not be a dropdown menu on the Add Chamber section?  I'm sure this must be a very common request! Would certainly save a lot of time. As it is right now the UI feels clunky. Thanks, Chris.
- Export Passwords- Is it possible to export all passwords to excel? Cheers, Ernesto
- Unable to download Firefox extension.- Hi, I am just trying out Zoho Vault & I am not able to download the Firefox extension, I get the message " The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on vault.zoho.com " I have done all the usual checks, if anyone has any ideas how to rectify this problem I would appreciate it. Windows 8.1 64 bit. Thanks
- Zoho Vault and other zoho apps to have different password- Hello, I have my users use other zoho products like books, support etc., I want to have a different password for their zoho vault user account and a different password for the other apps say zoho books.  Currently since its the single password for all zoho accounts, if we give the user zoho vault password it can be used for other apps, while we like to restrict them to click-auto-logon on other apps. With this we How can this be achieved. If we provide a different email id for the vault, once they
- Secret Name missing- Within the past month I have been having an issue in which new entries are missing on next login. In the past month about six entries in Vault were gone on my next login.  Anyone else experience this. Note, this has only started happening within the past month. Prior to this Vault ran smoothly, no issues.
- Chrome extension issue- Hi to all I have 37 secrets in the web Zoho Vault. I've installed Chrome extension, but there are missing all my Gmail accounts and bank accounts (18 secrets) I really don't understand why! All other secrets (Sky, DropBox, eBay, Facebook, Samsung ID) are working fine and are inside the extension. For the Gmail and banks accounts there is no way to see them inside the Zoho Chrome extension. Can someone help me to understand the issue? Thanks Rene'
- Access control at the account level- Is there a way to lock down individual accounts within a resource? I don't want to have to create multiple copies of a resource based variations in permissions. It would be ideal to be able to logically organize my accounts in a single resource with a default access control and then be able to specify more granular access control at the account level if needed. I'm hoping I'm just overlooking a less obvious setting. Otherwise this is misleading selling point on the product page, "Assign roles to
- Three fields / Application login- Hi, We have recently started using Zoho Vault and absolutely love it! It is great to have our passwords stored & shared easily and it is even better to know that everything is stored securely. I would like to point out 2 features that would improve usability for us: 1. A lot of web applications we need to login to use 3 fields for login: an account number, username & password. It would be very handy if the account numbers could be filled in automatically as well using the Click-to-login bookmarklet.
- Vault — Windows Mobile- I'm interested in Zoho Vault, but it is absolutely imperative that I can login from a device running Windows Mobile, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the Zoho Vault site — only iOS and Android. So, does Vault support Windows Mobile? Regards, Richard
- User summary- Hi, We have shared individual passwords amongst our users. Is it possible to get an overview of the passwords a certain user has access to? Thank you.
- Zoho Vault : Browser configuration requirements- Hi, I'm new to Zoho and just tryed Vault this week. I found the getting start guide easy to understand and after reading it I could easily use Vault without any problem. But I noticed that your "Click-To-Login" button only works if you have "Third party cookies" enabled on browser. Otherwise login/password form won't be filled automatically. More specifically you need at least "Third party cookies from visited" enabled (some browser make difference between "All cookies" and "Cookies from visited
- Multi-factor Authentication and Zoho Vault- In the quest to improve our basic security, we are looking at Zoho Vault which we like very much. The biggest problem that we see, though, is that our financial institutions are all pursuing some sort of multi-factor authentication in their login procedures. Banks are typically using some kind of picture recognition. One bank is asking a challenge question each time.  I haven't figured out how to handle this with Zoho Vault. Is there a scripting method or something like that will allow me to login
- Passwords in IE, Firefox, Safari etc. being stored on laptops.- I have just added my first "secret". While testing the security features i noticed that the "click to login" is just pasting the info into the fields. Problem is that i can easily go to the password manager in my browser and retrieve the passwords (after you save in keychain etc).  Is there a setting that will not allow for this info to be saved on my techs computer?
- File Attachments- It would be an important feature to have file attachments for secrets. Many enterprise applications require Certificates or license files. Currently I'm base64 encoding those into a text field, which is cumbersome and just plain doesn't work with non developers.
- Sharing and User Grouping- We have been looking at some of the sharing aspects of ZoHo Vault.   The sharing process works well in principle however there is not really much scope for delegating access to large sets of secrets across different user roles. That is, it is not very flexible.   It would be useful to add the concept of configurable collections of users (roles or groups) and the user should be able to be a member of multiple roles/groups. You can then assign sharing rights to both individual users and to roles/groups.
