Send mass emails
Mass email feature in Bigin helps you reach the masses in a few clicks. By sending mass emails, real estate companies can reach many people with a single message. This can be especially useful when trying to promote new properties, advertise open houses, or keep tenants informed of important news or events. Let us send a mass email about an exclusive discount to customers who have been recently added to your Contacts list.
To send mass emails
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Click the more icon > Select Mass Emails.
- In the Mass Emails window, click +Mass Email button.
- In the email composer window, click Choose Template > Limited-time offer email template.
- Select the recipients from existing custom views 'Recently Created Contacts'. Alternatively, you can also filter recipients based on specific criteria.
- If the emails are to be sent on a later date, click the Schedule button and set the desired date/time.
- Click Send.
Now, that you have sent the email campaign, you can view sent email stats, schedule or pause emails from the Mass email dashboard.
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Click the more icon > Select Mass Emails.
- Click Sent tab to view the list of previously sent mass emails
- Click the mass email we sent from this list to view stats like number of emails delivered, opened and clicked.
- Click on Recipients to get the list of the recipients and their delivery status.
