迷惑メールフォルダーに保存されている迷惑メールはどのくらいの期間保存されますか？

迷惑メールフォルダーにあるメールは一定期間保存された後、自動で完全に削除されます。標準では、30日間以上経過したメールは、定期的に自動削除されます。この保存期間を5日から180日の範囲で設定できます。以下はその手順です。 
  1. Zoho Mailにログインします。
  2. 設定アイコンをクリックします。
  3. システム設定カードを開きます。
  4. ［ごみ箱内のデータを削除する間隔］に移動します。
  5. ［指定された間隔に基づいて、迷惑メールとごみ箱のフォルダーのメールが削除されます］の横に、希望する日数（5～180日）を入力します。
